Built and maintained Go, PHP and Vue services across a publisher platform serving very high request volumes. Led development of Flickify, a product that turns a web page or a block of text into a finished narrated video — script generation, scene assembly, TTS, and a queue-backed FFmpeg render farm. Took it from an unproven idea through the hard parts (render cost, determinism, editor round-trips) to a shipped product with real users.

Owned a service for electronic declaration of goods and aircraft, integrated with the Kazakhstan customs IT system and with airline systems. Built subsystems for airport warehouses, airport security, forwarders and consignors, and implemented IATA CIMP formats, digital signatures, and SITA, ARINC and EDIFly Type B messaging. Ran technical interviews and code review, and wrote the system documentation.

Led a team of four on the electronic declaration service behind e-freight in the Russian Federation. Hiring, planning, code review and full-stack development, plus the meetings with airlines, warehouses and the federal customs service where the actual requirements lived.

The engineering half of the same programme: a service letting airlines and warehouse owners file documents electronically with the Federal Customs Service. Deep work in IATA standards and CIMP messages, XML, cryptography for qualified signatures, and the customs IT system's own quirks.

Worked on a one-advert-to-many-sites publication service, and independently built an advert management system that applied a manager's pricing rules automatically through the Yandex.Direct API.

Black-box, white-box, regression and high-load testing with Apache JMeter across banking software: the customer web application, the mobile apps, and the branch operator's desktop client.
